Si è svolto domenica 18.10, in un sereno pomeriggio e rispettando tutte le disposizioni sul distanziamento vigenti in Puglia, il secondo workshop organizzato da Agenzia Formativa Ulisse all'interno del progetto #Dynamob 2.0 con focus gli itinerari rurali e del gusto in Valle d'Itria, specialmente su due ruote.

Dopo gli interventi del dr. Elio Dongioanni, direttore di Agenzia Formativa Ulisse, e del dr. Angelo Giordano, agronomo ed esperto in biodiversità, i partecipanti hanno potuto anche godere di una speciale degustazionedel menù del ciclista (frutto del lavoro del primo workshop) con prodotti tipici, presso il Food Truck didattico di Agenzia Formativa Ulisse.

The second workshop organized by the Ulisse Training Agency within the #Dynamob 2.0 project with focus on rural and taste itineraries in Valle d'Itria (especially on two wheels) took place on Sunday 18.10, in a serene afternoon and respecting all the provisions on distancing in force in Puglia. 

After the interventions of dr. Elio Dongioanni, director of the Ulisse Training Agency, and of dr. Angelo Giordano, agronomist and expert in biodiversity, the participants were also able to enjoy a special tasting of the cyclist's menu (the result of the work of the first workshop) with typical products, at the Educational Food Truck of the Ulisse Training Agency.
