On the 28th December 2018 -from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm- the Training Agency Ulisse held its first workshop of the Project. It was dedicated to deepening the strong interconnection between green tourism and good food.
The nutritionist Dr. Sara Montagna and the chef Mirko Monteduro provided explanations and gave life to the cycling tourist menu. The menu was also a starting point for deepening, both by interested cyclists and restaurateurs who want to invest in cycling tourism, on the strong interconnection between correct nutrition - good health - improvement of sports performance and local development.
This workshop aimed to raise awareness and to enhance the aspect of nutrition, understood as a driving force both for the improvement of health and for the tourist and economic development of the territory along the so-called. greenway.
At the workshop participated 15 people, namely cyclists’ associations, restaurateurs, food blogger.
